Pretty straight forward title again, right? Time has flown by yet again. I had every intention of posting about something else today, but no time to get it all together. But I did just do the drawing and here are the winners:
Bundle #1 goes to Chy
Bundle #2 goes to Stephanie
Bundle #3 goes to Ana (lucky girl--two wins in a row!!)
Congrats ladies, and thanks to everyone that played along. I know it might get a little old to log in and enter to win fabric that you think you probably will never win. But at the same time, its free fabric. So what do you have to lose, right. Plus you are helping me slowly dwindle down the ridiculous stash. I am thinking I need to do some bigger bundles, but the shipping from Germany gets spendy. Maybe I should do a call for charities looking for fabric? That would be good. Anyone know anything about these types of charities? I think I might offer some "free to a good home" bundles too, if folks are willing to pick up the shipping. We'll see. I have to think on this and figure out want makes the most sense. I'd love for the fabric to be put to good use, for sure. If you have any suggestions, please share. :)
Of course, as I am feeling guilt over the stash, more gorgeous fabrics have been released. I want some so badly, but have put myself on a self imposed fabric buying restriction. I am not supposed to buy any fabric in the month of July, with the exception of this weekend since we go to France and I already know exactly which fabric store I am going to and what I will buy!! Until August, I'll have to just keep loading up my shopping fabric with loads of Joel Dewberry's new fabrics and Amy Butler's new line. I find that filling up the shopping basket with a ridiculous quantity of fabric and then just closing the browser is really good for me. I get that thrill of shopping, but then I can just walk away. I have only done it twice this week, but I am sure as the month goes on, I will have to perform this little excercise a few more times. Sounds crazy, but it works for me. I know, I have issues with fabric. Have any of you bought any of these fabrics yet? If so, do share. Are they as good as the look the websites? Mercy, I have to stop talking about them. I feel an urge to fill up the shopping basket again!
I'll be back on Friday with the next round of fabrics. I have been working on some outfits for my fall collection. Loving how things are coming together. Hoping to get a first round of pics this weekend on our trip. But anyway, Friday's bundle will likely be a random of mix of the scraps from these fall creations. I think you'll like them. :)
Maybe I'll even make it back here tomorrow to post about something besides fabric?
