Oh what a generous give away!:) Chosing one fabric is impossible with all those yummy ones! I got several metres of a chocolate brown and a black fabric that looks like a fake suede and my plan is to sew two bags in each colour, Maybe some puches to give away too, or pencil cases and small things like that. Since it's solid colours I would like linings in happy colours. Michale Miller's pibk brown dumb dots would fit the brown bag perfectly. The Moda petit blossom cotton fabric, Miller's brown cotton floral is very nice too...happy colours! Both European cotton knit fabrics are lovely too. And last but not least, the European brown bird peacock velvet fabric has all my favorite colours in it. I need yo get back to your shop when I get a refill in my purse, that's for sure! Many beautiful fabrics you have! :)

Oh what a great giveaway! I am just getting prepared to escape winter in Australia by heading to Turkey, Syria, Jordan and Egypt - very excited!!!

I am going to busy this summer, 4 Project Linus quitls waiting to be quilted, one baby quilt to make for a friend and the challenge quilt for my guild, hand pieced minature, and hand quilted. I should be sewing instead of visiting your blog but I can't pass up the chance to win!

What a lovely giveaway. I am in love with the fabrics!

Hi Sheree -- well of course I'd love to win. Thanks for the opportunity (x2 :-) ). I would tell you which pattern I like but ... I have a bit of information which I think you'll find far more useful -- when I click on the link for your shop ... i don't get get there ... I stay right on the blog. (I couldn't believe it so tried several times)

My goodness - such a great collection of goodies!
So...what I'm making. A couple of quilts (pinwheels, and a 9-patch)at various stages, and a couple of embroideries too. Mostly I'm procrastinating. I really need to give myself a kick in the behind and get some more done!

That is a wonderful give away. I have never entered anything so I thought I would give it a try. I love your girls clothing. I think I am on the list. Sincerely.

That's a great giveaway. Love the fabrics! I would probably choose the Amy Butler Swing Bag pattern. What am I sewing? I'm currently working on a suit type jacket for my daughter.

oh my gosh sheree...this is THE MOST GENEROUS giveaway i have seen!! I am TOTALLY in love with ALL of it- the japanese fabric, the buttons, the tote, oh and your patterns!! WOW i am drooling over all of it!! I am presently making my first log cabin quilt, but after that I am going to attempt a beautiful drawing room quilt like the one in your last post! thanks heaps for the email-you have definately inspired me to attempt a free hand quilt...with those fabrics you cant really go wrong...

Enjoy the summer holidays- your kids are gorgeous : )

THANKS SO MUCH!!! i have all my fingers crossed ; )

Nicole :)

About Me

  • Hello! Welcome and Thank You for stopping by my blog! Here, I share a bit about how I Live, what makes me Laugh, what I Love and things I Create! I am a chemist by training (I have a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry), but instead of mixing up chemicals in a lab, I spend my days mixing up fabrics to create lovely clothing and accessories! When my daughter was born, my desire to climb the corporate ladder was succumbed by my desire to mother, so I hung up my labcoat and resigned from my job. I miss my days in the lab, but I am thoroughly enjoying my new job as a pattern and clothing designer and maker of lovely things! I am launching a new line of contemporary sewing and quilting patterns at the International Quilt Market in Houston, Texas. If you are attending Market, please stop by and say Hello! :) I'll also have a booth at Quilt Festival. So if you are attending that show, again, please be sure to stop by and say Hello! I'd love to meet you!
