Lovely bundles you have put together! I made a spring table runner for a spring giveaway on my website, and I like it so much that I almost wish I didn't have to give it away...of course I could always make another! We still have snow on the ground here, but we're very much looking forward to getting back into the garden and enjoying some warmer weather!

Happy Birthday, Leah! :o)

I was on spring break all this week and was able to get a lot of work done, finish some quilting & cloth diaper orders, and I posted 3 new video tutorials on my blog & YouTube channel (TheCraftyGemini). Thanks for this giveaway!

Hello. :) Happy birthday to your little girl! and wow what great prints. Those are bright and fun!
Haven't really done much spring cleaning yet... today I am making cookies for church Sunday. Hope you have fun doing springy things. :)

Ooh, what pretty spring fabrics! The thing I'm most looking forward to this spring is all the budding trees & flowers. It's been a rather dull & gray winter. I've been in a bit of a quilting funk, but have been knitting a lot. Hope to get back in the quilting mood soon.

And Happy Birthday Leah! Hope you have a great one.

Happy Birthday! And such lovely spring fabrics... jolly blog post indeed :-)
I have been up to something very new - I've discovered the ticker tape quilt and am having a good time with it - so messy and twirly and annoying, but it gets really cute and beautiful in the end... I assume! http://www.flickr.com/photos/notyetthedodo/4427636590/

Happy Birthday Leah!
We've got a busy spring ahead - we'll be putting our house on the market in 2-3 weeks and it needs loads of cleaning. Then we go back to building our new home, which is a shell right now. It's going to be a crazy year!

Happy Birthday Leah!!!! I hope it is a marvelous year in store for you.

I always love to see the beautiful fabrics you have and your fabric bundles are so inspiring!

♥ Emily

Best Wishes to the Birthday Girl! Next year - double digits! WooHoo! Enjoy! The fabrics are fabulous! Love the dots!

Happy Birthday to your Leah on her 9th birthday!!!
These are such fun prints for your giveaway. I am not working on anything at the moment, but have a ton of things to pick from. Work keeps getting in the way! But I am looking forward to being able to attend Spring Market in Minneapolis!

Pretty fabrics. I can't wait for Spring so I can start gardening :)

happy birthday Leah, your mom's choice of fabrics are sensational. today I finished a small tulip wall hanging for a spring swap, started quilting my niece's string quilt and now I am making chocolate surprise cupcakes after chatting with my neighbour. As soon as they are out of the oven it time to get my daughter from school. Have a great weekend.

Happy Birthday, Leah! I hope you have a beautiful, happy day and many happy returns!
Today I worked on finishing a baby blanket I am crocheting to donate, and I have been planning a table runner in spring colors to sew. I'm in Massachusetts, so I've been checking the backyard for the crocus flowers. We have light purple and dark yellow so far. I love them.
Thank you for the giveaway chance. Best Wishes, again, to Leah.

Happy Birth Anniversary Leah!!
Count me in for the fat quarter!!

Lovely giveaway. Happy birthday Leah! This spring I am really looking forward to wearing skirts again. Chicago doesn't give us many opportunities for it until April at least.

Happy Birthday Leah! I hope you have a great time with your aunt and grandma when they get to your house!
Thanks for the update Sheree, have a great spring break. I've been working on my quilt as you go quilt today, I can't wait to finish it and put it on my bed!

Happy Birthday, Leah! (What a lovely name, btw!)
Today is the birthday of my boys (twins). They turned 22. It seems like yesterday that we were celebrating their 9th birthday ;-)
Those fabrics are gorgeous. Thanks for the chance to win!

Happy Birthday to Leah! Have a wonderful time with your family! What a fun giveaway :)

Happy Birthday! I'm looking forward to hosting my earth day event at Guadalupe River State Park April 24th! You should come, I think you live somewhat nearby.

(Wow, that first set is precious.) Happy birthday to your girl. I love reading about both of your crafty endeavors.
Spring and sunshine are helping me recover from a fabulous craft party I hosted last night. Spring is kind.

Leah, I hope you have a very happy birthday...

Sheree - it is good to see you. I so enjoy your blog. I've been knitting and quilting...making a bunch of pillowcases and shopping bags...waiting for spring to get here...

The fabrics are fab!!!

Happy Birthday Leah!!! What a fun age to be...I hope you have a wonderful year.

As for me, I have been growing a baby the last few months. I am 14 weeks pregnant and I am just trying to keep working out and get my house clean again. But, I have a long way to go so I will be getting ready for a summer of being really hot and pregnant here in Alabama!!!

Oh and I love the fabrics!!!!

About Me

  • Hello! Welcome and Thank You for stopping by my blog! Here, I share a bit about how I Live, what makes me Laugh, what I Love and things I Create! I am a chemist by training (I have a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry), but instead of mixing up chemicals in a lab, I spend my days mixing up fabrics to create lovely clothing and accessories! When my daughter was born, my desire to climb the corporate ladder was succumbed by my desire to mother, so I hung up my labcoat and resigned from my job. I miss my days in the lab, but I am thoroughly enjoying my new job as a pattern and clothing designer and maker of lovely things! I am launched a new line of contemporary sewing and quilting patterns and I run an online fabric shop as well as a small online boutique where I sell my handmade goods. Here in this space, I share bits of my days, things I love and of course talk way too much about fabric and design.

My Shops

  • Be sure to stop by my website to see all my handmade goods available for sale in the boutique, as well as a host of fabrics, patterns, yarn and more available in the creativity shop!
