Hello!
Well, a big thanks to all of you for helping me celebrate my birthday and for wishing me well on my first installment of my 10 Days of Giveaways Birthday Bash! I had a great time celebrating my birthday over the weekend. I will share some pictures when I wrap up the Birthday Bash posts.
I have to say, I have enjoyed reading all your comments on what you like to do this time of year. Many of you shared some great stories of traditions you do to prepare for Christmas and I have to admit I have taken some notes and what to do a few of them next year as I prepare for the Holidays.
If you have not shared your comments and entered to win the first 2 giveaway items, get on over to this post and do so!
Now for the next 6 items that I am sharing with you all.
I have 6 charms packs to share...one from each of these collections: Dream On, Origins, City Weekends, Punctuation, It's A Hoot and Lily & Will....all collections from Moda. There will be 2 winners for this giveaway...you'll get 3 charm packs each.
To enter for a chance to win one of these charm packs, leave a comment on this post telling me which was your favorite fabric collection released in 2010. If you have made something with this collection, be sure to share pictures/links with us with your comment so we can check it out!
I'll close comments on this post on 12/24.
I can't wait to read your comments! I wonder if anyone's favorite will be the same as mine?
See you all back here soon for Day 3 of the 10 days of giveaways birthday bash!
Big Hugs,
Sheree

I loved Pure by Sweetwater but I haven't made anything with it yet.

I loved Hope Valley. I used "New Day" in grey for my Modern Siggy blocks, but I was an unlucky swapper that time around.... I sent my blocks in, but didn't get any in return!
MAYBE I'LL BE A LUCKY WINNER! :)

I've loved so much this year. One fabric that I wish I had gotten more of is Modern Meadow. But usually my favorite is what I'm working with now. So my current fav is Parisville. I made a bag with it here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/beckmoyer/5226689281/
and I'm currently working on a King size quilt.

I love Hopscotch by David Walker. It is just super adorable.

That's a difficult question to answer... but I think my favorite was Patty Young Flora and Fauna. Specially the Dandelion and the Humming birds.
I think these make some wonderful combinations.
I've used the in my wallets and pouches and they were a success:

As embarrassing as it is to admit, I'm so new to quilting that I couldn't name you a single collection off the top of my head (I won't cheat by going to look some up in order to look more legitimate). I love the look of the Lily and Will, thought!

I love Dream On and Hoot. I bought a layer cake of Dream On but haven't used it yet but found a neat pattern on Moda Bake Shop that I would love to make after Christmas. Thanks for the great giveaway!

Oooh, what fun, Sheree!
My absolute favourite line from 2010 are the new Nani Iro double gauze prints, with which I made a shirred summer dress: http://www.flickr.com/photos/36374379@N04/4680378226/. I also really love Beachcomber by Dotty Logic, who's an independent fabric designer. I made a baby quilt with her designs, here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/36374379@N04/5132096488/
Thanks so much!

You know, I have no clue - I buy fabric cause I love the way it looks and rarely pay attention to the lines...Does that make me a bad girl???

I would have to say the Dr Seuss fabric. I have not made anything with it for myself, but helped my sister make her second quilt ever quilt with it. Love the Hoot line too.
