Happy belated birthday and thanks for the generous giveaway!

My sewing resolution for this year is to make more time to sew and to be more adventurous with fabric colors and prints.

I'd love prize #6, those shot cottons are just gorgeous!

Fiona M

Hi Sheree, what a great giveaway! I would really love the Elizabeth Hartman book - one of my resolutions is to learn how to quilt. Whether or not I realistically have the time, I'm not sure, but this book would certainly give me good reason to start!

andrea

Hey Sheree! I would just love to win the yummy #5! It is just so bright and cheerful and I am sure I could make something wonderful with it. My sewing resolution is definitely to finish up remodeling my "studio". I am well on my way and am loving how it looks and helps me to be more productive and for some reason, I am even managing to keep it cleaner! Happy New Year!

Katie B

Wow, tough choice! I'd love to win any of them, but the shot cottons and batting would be my top choice.

My resolution...I want to do some embroidery.

Zrinka

Wow, what a giveaway. I think shot cottons maybe?
I don't do rsoltions. they are too stressful and never work. But my plan is to do as much sewing as possible, wherever that might take me.

Paula L.

My favorite is prize #5; I love that collection. One of my sewing resolutions for this year is to learn more about quilting.
Thanks for the chance!

I love the Moda's It's A Hoot! My sewing resolution is to go through some of the vintage fabrics my Mom gave me before I buy more fabric. So, if I make one thing with vintage then buy new, then make one more thing, then buy new, do you think that'll help? Probably not but oh, well. Fabric makes my heart beat faster!! Thanks for the chance!

Congratulations on all your good news!! I don't envy the move to colder temps though, I guess my blood is too thin but I'm cold down south! Hope to see you at Quilt Market next year!!

Jeannette in St. Louis

Ooh,ooh,I'd love to win #3 or #5!! For 2011 resolutions, I'm want to do another year of making pillowcases for ConKerr Cancer Kids, and seek out new sewing techniques that i haven't tried before. So glad you're back here Sheree, and congratulations on all the exciting things happening for you this year!

sharonj

I would love prize #3, love the Clementine line. Resolutions for this year are :#1 finishing up last years projects and #2 improving my free motion quilting. Thankyou for having another great give away.

The Hungry Crafter

Love the clementine fabrics -- so beautiful! (The books are great too, though...well, it ALL is of course!!!). My resolution for 2011 is to read less and sew more! Too much time reading blogs about what other people are making instead of making things myself...

Julianna

What a nice giveaway! I've got one strong resolution for this year: to finish my UFO's started in 2010:) and not to make more UFO's in 2011:)))
PS. My fave is the book (The Practical Guide to Patchwork) - wonderful!

Kristi

What great prizes, gorgeous fabric!

Mama Urchin

I love that it's a hoot fabric. My sewing resolution is to finish things up in a timely manner. I have so many things that just sit around waiting for me to finish so I need to be better about that.

Gill

Firstly congratulations to the winners!
I'd love to win either the Its a hoot fabric or Elizabeth's new book! actually they're all great!
This year I want to improve my FMQ so that means practise, practise, practise!!!

quiltmom

My quilt resolution was to blog more and quilt more and i have done more of both but still have a long way to go to get as much done as I would like to- Life gets in the way sometimes.
I think they all are great prizes and I would be happy to win any of them but my favorite would be the hoot fabric followed by the batting.
Thanks for the lovely opportunity. Warmest regards from Western Canada,
Anna

Fabric, fabric, fabric! Though all the goodies are wonderful! TT collection is my favorite. Resolution? finish 3 WIPs and don't start another until they are complete!

Jeannette

Well it hard to pick from such a wonderful selection...however, I would say Its a Hoot fabric because I have been admiring that line for sometime. Thanks for the chance to win!

Kerry

You always have such generous giveaways- my res is to not forget that free time is family time as well as sewing time! I like the Kaffe cottons best. Happy 40,

Sarah Ohmit

Happy Belated Birthday! Thank you for your awesome giveaways!! I would love the It's a Hoot fabrics or Elizabeth Hartman's book. This year I want to actually use my fabrics and make TONS of quilts and clothes for my kiddos.

karoliinahv

nice to see that you're back - and not only out of greediness! i like most elizabeth hartman's book or the timeless treasures fabrics, they are beautiful. i'm usually too restless to have resolutions, but i guess i'd like to actually try out all/more of those ideas i have.

Crafty Mermaid

Oh prize 5 please! Love those colours. Hmm... Sewing resolutions? I want to make some basic Ts and tops. Sounds simple? Hope so!

BlessedCP

I love all the prizes!
Thanks for sharing another giveaway with us, Sheree. I love hearing how things are progressing with you. It is amazing to see where your love of fabric and sewing have taken you. :-)
I am having a difficult time narrowing my most favorite prize, but I LOVE fabric and LOVE the fabric bundles you have put together. So my prize choices would be #5, #2, and #3.
Happy, happy belated birthday!

About Me

  • Hello! Welcome and Thank You for stopping by my blog! Here, I share a bit about how I Live, what makes me Laugh, what I Love and things I Create! I am a chemist by training (I have a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry), but instead of mixing up chemicals in a lab, I spend my days mixing up fabrics to create lovely clothing and accessories! When my daughter was born, my desire to climb the corporate ladder was succumbed by my desire to mother, so I hung up my labcoat and resigned from my job. I miss my days in the lab, but I am thoroughly enjoying my new job as a pattern and clothing designer and maker of lovely things! I am launched a new line of contemporary sewing and quilting patterns and I run an online fabric shop as well as a small online boutique where I sell my handmade goods. Here in this space, I share bits of my days, things I love and of course talk way too much about fabric and design.

My Shops

  • Be sure to stop by my website to see all my handmade goods available for sale in the boutique, as well as a host of fabrics, patterns, yarn and more available in the creativity shop!
