Hello Friends,
I am finally back to announce the winner of the last giveway! Comment number 26 is the winner!
I also wanted to thank those of you that stopped by and visited me at the last 3rd Saturday Open Studio event. I had fun chatting with all of you and am happy you all found some goodies that you had to take home with you. I do have the cutest customers...look is this sweet trio!
I met Diane (on the left) at Fall Quilt Market last year. She stopped by with her friend Crystal (on the right) and Crystal's darling daughter and they picked up loads of Moda's Arcadia collection. Thanks for stopping by girls! I won't be at the June event. But may open my doors the 4th Saturday? I'll keep you all posted. But if you are in the area, please do stop by on June 19th to visit the other artist/artisans in the studio.
Now for some online shop talk. I have been adding new items to my Etsy shop, including some bits of Flea Market Fancy and even some orange dandelions from Heather Ross' LIghtning Bugs and other mysterious things can be found there.
This bundle even made it into a treasury that Cindi curated! Thanks Cindi!
Things have been moving quickly..but I'll continue to list throughout the next few days. So keep an eye on the shop if you are in search of these fabrics.
I have also added new items to Sheree's Alchemy online. I have lots of lovely prints from Harmony Art's Organic cotton collection. The new Evelyn print is in stock and I have more of the brown sateen in stock as well. We were sold out for a bit, and am happy to have more of it to share with you all. It has been very popular. All the fabrics from Harmony are of the best quality...you won't be disappointed with any of them!
And I have added lots of prints from Heather Bailey's Nicey Jane collection as well. This entire collections is just gorgoeus...so happy and fresh! For those of you on the mailing list, be sure to read the latest newsletter...there's a coupon code (for 15% off your order!) in there for you to enjoy throughout the rest of June.
Now for the next giveaway! I have not done a gift certificate giveaway to the fabric shop in a while, so I thought I'd do that today. I know many of you are hoping to get in lots of sewing this summer. So I am offering up two $25 gift certificates to my shop! Gift certificates are great for those of you that need yardage! You can use it on anything in my online shop, but you can't use it toward your shipping costs and you can't use a coupon code with your order...but you can use it towards sale priced items.
In order to enter this giveaway, you need to go online to my shop and tell me what your favorite item is and then tell me what you'd make with it! Leave your answers here in the comments section. If you'd like an additional entry, feel free to blog (or tweet or share on facebook) about this giveaway. Leave an additional comment here with a link so I know what you did. I'll leave this open until Friday, June 25th. At that time, I'll close the comments and use the random number generator to select 2 lucky winners! You'll need to use your gift certificate by July 31st. Good luck!
Sheree
The pink/cream vintage trim is gorgeous! It would make a lovely border on a baby quilt or trim around a dress for a little girl.

I love those peas and carrots prints, and of course, the FMF prints. I missed both collections because I started sewing a little too late =( They will work great with the fabrics I have already pulled from my stash for the 2 quilting bees I'm in. I'm asking for wonky star blocks and scrappy string blocks.

Love the soft colors! I'd use this fat quarter bundle to make my own 4-fat-quarter cinch sack pattern which is for sale in my Etsy shop. Since this bundle has 5 fat quarters, I would probably add a zipper pocket on the inside or maybe make a cell phone pouch for the outside!

Thanks for the generous giveaway. I would have to choose the "Frogs, Bugs & Stripes FQ Bundle". Not for boys, but for my Mom. She LOVES anything frogs and & think this'd be cute for a lap quilt we're making for her.
