Hello Friends!
I hope you all have been well. Hopefully, you all have been finding time to be creative...maybe making Christmas gifts? I've been keeping busy...staying out of trouble anyway. :) It is my busiest season, so I've been sewing a lot and carving out time to work on Christmas gifts for my family as well.
We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving. I hope all of you in the US did as well. The Fall was quite lovely here in Michigan, and now we are enjoying winter. Yes, we've already gotten snow 3 times. In fact, there is snow on the ground right now, leftovers from a small blast we had on Sunday. A couple weeks ago it snowed and it happened to be the day I had planned to take pictures of the kids for this years Christmas cards.
I also celebrated my 41st birthday earlier. I know...it seems like it was just last year and I was celebrating 40. It has been a good year though. They say time flies when you are having fun...and, indeed I am having fun!
Since it is 12-12-12 day and I celebrated my birthday on the 10th, I decided it would be a good day to pop by and host a little giveaway! I have not done that in a while, so I thought it would be a fun way to celebrate!
So I have gifts for 12 of you! I will give away 12 gift certificates to you all. You can use them at the following places.
and if you are local, you can come down to the shop and use it here as well!
6 of you will get $20 gift certificates
6 of you will get $15 gift certificates
Winners will be chosen at random. Leave a comment on this blog post telling me what you would use the gift certificate on, what you've made lately, what you plans are for Christmas and other holidays, or just say hello! :)
You can get additional entries by tweeting this or sharing on facebook. Just leave a separate comment with the link, as I'll be only counting entries based on the comments. That way I won't miss anything.
I will leave this open until Monday to give everyone a chance to stop by and enter.
I will leave you all with some of my favorite things I currently have listed on Sheree's Atelier on Etsy:
There is lots more there to look at...all make great gifts as well! :)
Okay, I am looking forward to reading your comments.
Hugs,
Sheree
lovely family!!!
I would use the gift certificate to get couple yards fabric. I am thinking to make a baby blanket for a girlfriend of mine. She is expecting a new baby by April.
Sheree, Merry Christmas !!!

I'd love to pick up the linen leopard tote or an infinity scarf. Maybe when I stop in, I'll get inspired and purchase materials to make both myself!

I always enjoy it when you post. Giveaways are an added bonus! You have such awesome taste in everything fabric! Happy Holidays! *If I won a give away I think I would give it to my sister who just started making and selling little zipper pouches. They are so cute and she's on fire! I've always been the crafty one, so it's fun to see her being passionate on the sewing machine. She'd be thrilled!*

Loving the Instiches book you recommended when I was in the last time! And finally got up the gumption to fix my machine (thanks to your encouragement) and finish the handbag I started so long ago. I would love to get some fabric to make the pleated apron in the book.

Happy brithday Sheree!! OMG your little ones are growing soo fast :).
I'm not sewing as much as I would like these days.I have a terrible sciatica and I'm just lying on the sofa watching TV. My plans..... I will be mom this December!!! Yeah, maybe I will be at the hospital when you were reading this, I'm so nervous.
If I win I would like to get some fabrics from your store to sew something beautiful for my baby.
Thanks you so much for this chance to win and Merry Christmas!

I'm loving all the fabric from my trip to Midland right after you opened, especially the knits. Hoping to create a quilt this spring from the woven cottons. My daughter-in-law's group made cute totes at your shop. Anyway, I'd love a chance to win some fabric. I'll definitely be shopping there on my next visit. Merry Christmas!

Sheree,
I'd love to make a comforter cover with some of your yummy Amy Butler fabrics. I can't believe how much your kids have grown since I met them last summer (and I can't believe how old I sound when I say stuff like that!)!!
Merry Christmas!
